East View High School Patriots
East View High School opened in fall of 2008 as the 9th grade campus for Georegtown ISD. The school remained 9th grade only until fall of 2011, when GISD was split into two high schools. For the 2011-12 school year East View had only 9th and 10th grade students. This was the first year East View fielded a football team. The football team played a JV schedule in 2011. The 2012 season was the first year of Varsity football at East View. The school and team had no senior class, but the team still represented the school with pride and effort. In the 2013-14 school year, East View had its first senior class. The football team played well and made the school's first playoff appearance. In the Bi-District game, East View lost a close game to Brenham, who went on to play in the Texas 5A State Championship Game that season. The 2014 East View football team won the first District and Bi-District titles for East View.
